In the beginning there was block 0. And in block 0, Base wrote one line: "all your base are belong to you." No transactions. No token. Just the meme. $AYB is the token homage, on Base since 2023. Then the project made the line literal with AYB Bags. Each bag is an NFT that is also its own wallet, so a holder's base is truly theirs, carried in a bag they own. A bag holds $AYB and any Base token, and its picture changes with what it holds; swaps made inside the bag light it up making it eligible for airdrops. Revealing a bag can win $AYB or tokens from allied Base projects, and 80% of the creator fee buys and burns $AYB.
