CRONUS is the community token of cro.trade, a trading application for the Cronos blockchain that combines spot trading on any Cronos token, a token launchpad, perpetual futures and prediction markets behind a single balance, available on iOS, Android and the web. The same routing engine, the Cronus aggregator, also powers the Cronus Telegram trading bot. The token has a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 with no emissions and no developer allocation. Its purpose is revenue participation: 100% of the fees generated by cro.trade and the Cronus bot are used to buy CRONUS back from the open market through a single public wallet, and 100% of the repurchased tokens are distributed to holders. The project additionally operates two Cronos PoS validators whose staking rewards feed the same buyback program.
